These Terms govern your use of swebsy.com and Swebsy Studio. By accessing or using Swebsy, you agree to them. If you use Swebsy for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are not old enough to do so, you may use Swebsy only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use Swebsy for a company, client, or other organization, “you” includes that organization. You are responsible for anyone who uses Swebsy through your device, credentials, or connected services.
Subject to these Terms, Swebsy gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the product for personal or commercial website projects, including client work. You may use the interfaces and integrations Swebsy provides, including Studio and the optional coding-agent bridge.
This right does not transfer ownership of Swebsy. You may not sell access to the app, bypass product restrictions, or copy or use Swebsy’s software, catalogs, or branding to create a competing product except where applicable law expressly allows it.
You keep ownership of the text, images, code, logos, data, and other material you add to a project. You give Swebsy only the limited permission needed to process that material on your device or send it to a service when you request a feature such as AI generation, image search, or deployment.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you add, edit, export, or publish. You are responsible for the final website and for complying with laws and obligations that apply to it, including privacy, cookies, accessibility, copyright, trademark, advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific rules.
Swebsy does not review or approve your website before export or publication. A successful export or deployment does not mean that the site is accurate, lawful, accessible, secure, or fit for its intended use.
Swebsy and its licensors keep ownership of the app, brand, template and block catalogs, components, documentation, and other Swebsy-provided material. You may use and modify Swebsy-provided templates, blocks, and components as part of websites created with Swebsy, including commercial sites and sites delivered to clients.
You may not resell or redistribute a Swebsy template, block, catalog item, or component collection as a standalone asset or competing library. Third-party fonts, images, code, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms, which you are responsible for reviewing.
Static exports may include Swebsy runtime code and a “Made with Swebsy” badge according to the project’s Branding settings. Exporting files does not transfer ownership of Swebsy’s software, trademarks, or third-party material, but it does let you host and maintain the exported website.
Swebsy’s current core editor is local-first. Projects and uploaded assets are stored in the browser profile and device you use; there is no automatic account sync or Swebsy cloud backup for local projects.
Browser storage can be cleared, corrupted, limited, or removed, and private browsing may not preserve it. You are responsible for exporting project backups and keeping them somewhere safe. Studio autosave is not a substitute for an external backup.
A project backup is an editable JSON file. A code export is a static ZIP intended for hosting and cannot replace the editable project backup. Sensitive values such as AI keys, deployment tokens, and chat history are excluded from project backups and may need to be configured again after import.
Swebsy can connect to an AI provider using your API key or to a coding agent that you pair with the open Studio tab. Those services are optional. Their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits, model rules, and charges apply, and you are responsible for your provider accounts and credentials.
AI and agent output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, biased, or unsuitable, and it may resemble material produced for others. Swebsy does not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for ownership. Review and test every change before you keep, export, or publish it.
You are responsible for prompts, attachments, permissions, agent instructions, generated content, and the actions a paired agent performs in your project. Do not send confidential, personal, regulated, or restricted information unless you are authorized and comfortable sharing it with the selected provider.
Swebsy can export files or deploy them through services such as GitHub Pages and Cloudflare Pages using accounts and credentials you provide. Swebsy does not host your exported website. You are responsible for provider fees, permissions, repositories, account settings, DNS, domains, content, and credential security.
Third-party services can change, fail, reject a deployment, suspend an account, remove content, or become unavailable. Swebsy is not responsible for those services or for losses caused by their acts, omissions, policies, or outages.
You may not use Swebsy, its public services, or its integrations to:
You remain responsible when an AI service, coding agent, script, or other automated tool acts on your instructions.
Swebsy may change, improve, pause, or remove features. Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or dependent on browser capabilities and third-party APIs. We do not promise that a feature, integration, template, model, or export format will remain available or backward-compatible.
We may limit access to Swebsy’s hosted or network-delivered services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.
The Privacy Policy explains what information Swebsy handles, what stays in your browser, and what can be sent to optional providers. It forms part of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swebsy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, successful exports or deployments, accurate AI output, compatibility with every browser or host, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swebsy and its contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-related losses. This includes lost projects or data, lost profits, business interruption, publishing problems, security incidents, or losses related to exports, AI or agent output, third-party content, or deployment providers.
These limits apply only to the extent allowed where you live. If applicable law does not permit a particular exclusion or limitation, that exclusion or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted.
You may stop using Swebsy at any time and delete local projects, preferences, and credentials from the app or browser. Export anything you want to keep first.
Sections that should reasonably continue after you stop using Swebsy—including ownership, third-party terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and responsibility for published content—remain in effect.
We may update these Terms as Swebsy, its providers, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide an additional notice in the site or app when a change is material. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using Swebsy before they take effect.
